Do you offer concierge services?
Yes, our dedicated and knowledgeable concierge team is available round the clock to provide assistance with any request, from booking tickets to local attractions to recommending top-rated restaurants in the area. We understand the importance of attention to detail and personalized service, and our concierge staff is committed to ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience during their stay with us. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our concierge services are designed to make your stay at the Hamilton Hotel as comfortable as possible.
What is Impact Fee?
The Impact Fee (1%) is collected to support local non-profit organizations dedicated to providing resources to D.C. families in need.

Can I request late check out or early check in?
Early check in is based upon availability. If room is available we would be happy to accommodate an early check in. Check in before 12pm will incur a charge
Standard check out time is at 11am. Late check out will incur a charge of $25 per hour upto 4PM. Late checkout after 4PM will incur a full day charge.
Are housekeeping services available?
Housekeeping service is by request only at this time. Please contact front desk by 1pm to have your room serviced. Housekeeper will not service room if not requested.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is 48-hours but may vary depending on special offers or packages selected at time of booking. Please check your rate or package description or give us a call at 866-407-1764.
Deposit policy: a non-refundable deposit equal to 1-night stay + tax will be authorized 48-hours prior to arrival.
Our website and booking engine may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. Hamilton Hotel does not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to our website and booking engine, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.
Do you have on-site parking?
We currently offer valet parking service for $70/night. All oversize vehicles—including buses, campers, RV’s and cars with trailers—can arrange for alternative parking options available at Union Station. Please contact us prior to your arrival should you have any questions regarding parking.
Do you offer in-room dining?
Yes, we offer a full room service menu from our on-site restaurant, Via Sophia. Room service is available from 7 am to 10 pm.
Do you have ADA rooms?
Yes, we do offer ADA rooms.
